Was told 1-2 hours max when I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation. Three hours and 49 minutes later I’m leaving the dealership. I’m not sure on what planet is acceptable to take almost 4 hours for an oil change. Beware of Northside’s FALSE discounted prices on their website in attempts to lure their customers in to purchase a vehicle. This is called bait and switch and illegal per the FTC. Deceptive business practices. Advertised one price and then tell you that its MANDATORY to purchase special policies and service agreements like Value Shield and Forver Start, etc.and then they talk on several thousands of dollars for the "mandatory" add ons.
I inquired about purchasing a vehicle at the advertised price, but was told several dealer-added packages (NS Protection Package, Forever Battery, Intouch VP, Value Shield, etc.) were mandatory and could not be removed. These extras significantly increased the price beyond what was advertised. Under the FTC’s new CARS Rule, advertised prices should already include any mandatory add-ons, but in this case they were added on top. Unfortunately, I had to take my business to another dealer who honored their advertised pricing.

Beware of Mandatory Add-ons! (even for USED)
I was shocked to find nearly $3,900 in non-negotiable add-ons tacked onto the price and this was for a used vehicle! These charges were presented as mandatory, including things like “Depreciation Protection” for $1,195, which sounds completely made up, all vehicles depreciate!

Disappointed with my experience at Northside Chevrolet. I spoke with a representative online and via text about a car I was interested in, and I was assured it would be ready when I arrived. However, the car wasn’t available, and I waited over an hour for it to be pulled up—only to find out I couldn’t even test drive it due to a low tire indicator. After spending $40 on Ubers and waiting over an hour, I left without even getting to drive the car. A complete waste of time.

I realize this dealer is not a Toyota dealer but they had a used vehicle that was a trade-in, which I understand would not be perfect but they didn’t even change the oil. The tires were bald and they wanted top dollar for it that was just unreasonable and then the listed price or the advertised price was not what they were asking for. So many add-ons that raise the price almost $10,000 I don’t know if I’d ever trust business with them.
I was quoted a price for a brake job, and when the work was finished they had charged me an extra $200. The cost difference was for a brake flush, which I understand I needed. However, I should’ve been told that before the work was done

Unprofessional and rude customer service, if you want to call it that or "lack of" better said. Work completion was questionable and service advisor made every excuse to contradict my concerns and questions. They will not listen to the customer much less take the time to ensure customer satisfaction. After attempts to address concerns, management will not respond or reach out to the customer. I recently contacted the collision department to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Unfortunately, the representative who answered my call was not particularly helpful or courteous. Despite my attempts to explain what my insurance told me or if it was necessary I could pay out of pocket, she abruptly ended the call, leaving me feeling frustrated and upset. Took my 2018 chev colorado vehicle in to dealership for three issues. Two were fixed. Steering wheel issue continued. Took it back to fix. Dealership Could not diagnose the issue. Had to call On Star to tow my 2021 Chevy Silverado Z71 as I was driving on NLoop 1604 Warning was Low Power until I lost power and truck turned off and would not start again. Got towed to Northside Chevrolet. Two days later after diagnosed it they said it was the after market floodlights which I hardly ever turn on caused the battery to drain.
