Bought a vehicle recently. Sales person (JD) was awesome! However, I personally witnessed the GM Dean “berate out loud” an associate for the entire show room to see and here. He had the nerve to even argue with me when I pointed out how rude/loud he was being and how he did not need to berate the associates for at least 20 people to witness including customers and employees. His exact words to me...I don’t care! WOW! Unreal!

I took my car in at 3:00 for an oil change. They were polite . The people who answer the phone are usually rather rude . Not today Nice for a change

Had a great experience at this dealership, my wife and I went in just looking at a Chevy Traverse, sales rep was very attentive and was able to show us what they had there and what they had at a different location. Sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Within an hour or so were had signed and were driving our great vehicle home, Thank you Northside Chevy!!

After a disappointing original experience, I spoke with Dean Hardy and he corrected the situation as he mentioned in his comments. I worked with his son, John Hardy, and I was in and out quickly. Only reason not to give 5 stars is that I felt they undervalued the trade. I would do business with them again.Original Post.
