One of the largest advancements in vehicle technology is the availability of in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspots. Now you can travel anywhere knowing exactly how to get there, and have passengers research every shop and restaurant along the way to New Braunfels in your new Chevy. When you combine the myChevrolet Mobile App and innovative in-vehicle technology powered by 4G LTE Wi-Fi connectivity services, you have the world at your fingertips.

Six Simple Steps to Connect Your Chevy to Wi-Fi

All new Chevrolet vehicles come equipped with Chevy MyLink and 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, and connecting your app and setting up your Chevy Wi-Fi is relatively straightforward. Just follow these six steps:

  1. Go to Settings on your vehicle’s touchscreen display and click ‘Wi-Fi.’
  2. Choose ‘Manage Wi-Fi networks.’ If you’ve already purchased or set up your Wi-Fi, you should see a hotspot available.
  3. Click your vehicle’s hotspot, and get a default password.
  4. Now, go to the settings on your mobile device. Then, click on ‘Network.’
  5. Choose your Chevy Wi-Fi hotspot network.
  6. Enter the case-sensitive default password to connect!

It’s really that easy to learn how to connect to Chevy Wi-Fi. Now, you and your passengers can research the area you’re headed to or get some work done on the go.
